Ages 10 and up
From $550 per person, plus tax · PADI eLearning bought separately
The same PADI Open Water course adults take. Kids earn a Junior certification with depth limits for their age:
A mask that leaks or fins that slip off can turn a kid’s first dive into their last. We carry kids’ sizes at the shop, and when you buy, we fit their mask, fins and wetsuit with them before you leave.

Every student fills in the diver medical questionnaire before any course. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian signs it. If the questionnaire says a physician’s evaluation is needed (a “yes” to questions 3, 5 or 10 on page 1, or any “yes” on page 2), we need a doctor’s signed approval before their first session in the water.
Certified parents can join the day as a tag-along diver. Just add yourself when you book.
Bubble Maker is up to 2 children, and most courses are 4 students or fewer, so your child gets real attention.
Age is the minimum, not the only thing. They should be comfortable in the water and want to do it. Not sure they’re ready? Call us and we’ll talk it through.
