Your information, and an accessible site
Privacy
- What we collect: what you send us, for example through the service request or contact forms, WhatsApp, email or a booking: your name, phone, email and details about your gear, course or question.
- Why: to answer you, do the work you ask for, and manage your booking. We don’t sell or share your information for marketing.
- Who else handles it: this site is hosted by Netlify, which delivers form messages to us by email. Bookings are handled by FareHarbor, and WhatsApp messages by WhatsApp. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Visitor statistics: we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or identify you.
- Fonts and services: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the Conditions page loads the forecast from the U.S. National Weather Service. Like any website host, Netlify and Cloudflare see basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the page. Checklist ticks and tool dates are saved only on your device.
- Maps: the map on our Visit page only loads from Google if you tap to show it.
- Questions or deletion requests: email info@prdive.net.
- How long we keep it: only as long as we need it to handle your request, your booking or service job, and our business records.
- Children: this website isn’t directed at children under 13. For kids’ programs, a parent or guardian books and sends any information.
- Changes: if we change this notice, we’ll update the date below.

Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. It is built to work with screen readers and keyboards, on phones and in both light and dark mode, following the WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines as closely as we can.
If something on the site doesn’t work for you, tell us at info@prdive.net or (787) 436-7047 and we’ll work to fix it or help you another way. We also offer adaptive diving.
